How I Got My Love Back

My name is Tom, and this is my story.

Me and Melissa met in High school. I know it’s pretty cliche to say that it was “love at first sight,” but with us it really was. The moment I walked into Mrs. Roberts Algebra class I knew it was love at first site. Anyway to move the story along, we started seriously dating my Sophomore year in college, her Senior year in High School. Since that time, we’ve been dating non-stop for two years. Everything in my life was great, I really couldn’t have been happier.

Fast forward a couple months later, and you find a completely different story. You knew when you’re in love, are on cloud 9 and feel like it will never end? Well one day it just came crashing down. I had graduated College and had started a new job. Unfortunately, the job was on the other side of town, so my commute times were ridiculous. To top it off, my boss was demanding ridiculous hours from me, including working weekends. With the lack of time, and stresses of this new job on me, I slowly started ignoring Melissa. Don’t get me wrong, I still loved her with all my heart, but I just allowed my self to become too preoccupied for her. We had many arguments for a few months, a lot of weeping on her end, then one day I got a voicemail saying she was tired and was leaving me.

I became desperate. I must have called her 20x/day for a week, went to her house every chance I got, but it was no use, she just didn’t want to see me. I desperately tried everything I could for a month. My life was a reck. I was on the verge of losing my job, I hadn’t shaved for weeks, and was starting to slip into depression.

One day I decided I needed to seek help. I obviously wasn’t getting anywhere. I turned to our dear friend Google. Searching to help on getting my ex back, I came across Love Guru TW Jackson’s The Magic Of Making Up. My initial reaction was to think the guide was a scam.
